"Air Canada must invest in their workforce"

"Air Canada must invest in their workforce". Absolutely. The federal arbitrator's ruling, in which Air Canada Flight Attendants are subject to the same tentative agreement they had rejected a month ago, is absolutely disapointing. Its unfair to side with the employer when the employees are not asking for unreasonable concessions ; better wages, better work conditions, etc... Really? Is that too much to ask? Did the arbitrator even read the T.A?  Probably not, given any person with common sense wouldnt simply side with Air Canada, they would be ready to make a compromise for both sides, to ensure that there is at least some fairness left when it comes to labour rights.
